My name is Jeff Adams, I am the proprietor of ADAMS Inspections LLC. I am a Licensed Home Inspector for Mass and N.H.

I have always been a hands-on type of person. Building garages, decks, installing doors and windows, replacing roofs, repairing or replacing boilers. I am a Landlord and do most of the work needed. I also have an Associates in Computer Technology at Middlesex Community College, a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering at UMASS Lowell.  Completed training by a RESNET accredited rater training organization and was a Building Performance Institute certified Professional.

I enjoy explaining how the home works, how often you should change the filter, when you should have routine maintenance, condition of the components and systems. During the inspection and afterwards I can answer all your questions. You will receive a detailed Computer generated report complete with pictures that night.
